Literally everywhere is reporting PC/Mac but for some reason OP didn't include that detail.

Also I just want to defend RPG Maker for a moment (not saying the game was made in RPG Maker, but I can see why someone might think that, from the second page it looks like Game Maker to me), there's some gorgeous games made in RPG Maker, it's actually a pretty stellar engine when used well.

Pocket Mirror (top-left, it's free even), and Hylics is bottom-right, which you can buy off Steam and it's getting a sequel soon.

This games art is beautiful and I'm definitely going to pick it up now.
The game is not made in RPG Maker (or Game Maker). It's a custom framework built on top of MOAI. Btw, the game is actually 3D, with a fixed camera. You can see more stuff on their Tumblr: http://pixpilgames.tumblr.com
Looks great, but theres something about the main characters size that i dont like. Seems too big for the world hes in.
I think that was the publisher putting out an "announcement" which is odd as the game has been at trade shows and what not for almost two years now.
The game certainly has an interesting vibe. Funny enough, I apparently followed it and put it in my favorites when it was in Greenlight and didn't realize it till this thread.
