It was very noticeable (especially because I watched it in a dark room, so it always flashed when the black frame happened), but I did watch an other video today where it showed that persons logo as 1 frame in between the video a couple of times. It's the first time I noticed it as well for that youtubers videos. This makes me wonder if it's a youtube issue.
Not sure if they are related at all (it can be pure coincidence), but you never know with how youtube is running the last couple of weeks.
Maybe it shows the first frame a for some reason.

I think the point was that 4chan is also trash. Does it have child porn? No. But it is also a racist wasteland.
Just today, I Googled something regarding Captain Marvel and one of the links that popped up was a random 4chan post with people calling the black actress in the film absolutely vile things that I honestly don't even want to hint at here.

I agree. I did not expect them to go back and give it another shot. He clearly took those criticisms to heart. That was great.
They did a great job with the follow-ups this week. Everyone had a worthy take or two. Props to Kyle for acknowledging their mistake last week.
Also, props to Damiani and Huber for their blunt statements. You could tell this situation made Damiani angry. And hearing Huber state what should be obvious to anyone -- that everyone who took place in conversations on 8chan should be fired immediately -- was a breath of fresh air.

Really pleasantly surprised by the podcast today, but even MORE surprised by Kyle purposefully swearing on camera. Shocked, even!

I think I'm going to just have to stop visiting the subreddit. I stop by there once in awhile because occasionally there is an interesting conversation going on, but chances seem quite high that I'll run into a thread that is infuriating.

I usually keep the podcast for my weekend chores, but the thread made me curious and bump it up the queue. They did good.
I'm glad they went back to the issues, giving them full attention. This is a lovely group of people to follow and support.
Every once in a while an Ally says "this should be a patreon tier" or as in this weeks podcast "there is special political podcast for the 10k tier".
Tbh it was just a weird joke about how many of those imaginary tiers there are at this point and where to actually find them

He definitely is a patron. I watch Cup of Jones on the regular and definitely recognize the name (also, he is commenting on the podcast before it has gone public).
Wanted to echo everyone else in saying that Kyle and the other allies did a great job in covering and updating last week's issues on the podcast.

EA skipping E3! First Sony, and now EA? The Allies coverage is going to have to morph as well; but they are well suited to have deep-dive coverage of games they played on the floor - just now maybe they will deliver those impressions during the day instead of completely unhinged after midnight, haha.
So EA is not having a press conference anymore.

Sony bouncing was a massive blow, EA now bouncing kinda sucks too because E3 is always the best time for EZA. I just love the week long coverage. And watching the garbo EA conference with the allies was always fun.
Like I said in another thread, I think Sony leaving was the start of a domino effect.
I can 100% see Bethesda not doing one either. That honestly would not surprise me in the slightest.

Yep, they're basically doing what Nintendo did in E3 2016. Hopefully they give us a nice, long look at Jedi Fallen Order.
Depends on how much they show at Star Wars Celebration.
I have mixed feelings on EA leaving. On one hand I dont care about 99% of the games EA releases. On the other hand it's making E3 feel even emptier. I imagine EA will have a star wars trailer in the Microsoft conference.
I do agree that Bethesda will bounce as well. As far as I know the only game they would have to show off is doom eternal.
Maybe for this year, but they'll be back. With shorter promotion cycles and people not wanting to show targets for next generation after the Watch_Dogs blowback, there's nothing to show until the next consoles are out there and they have code running on retail units. That's why I'm pretty sure you won't see Sony on a stage for anything, not just E3, until the PS5 is announced next year.
I think you'll see Sony back. EA maybe, but they clearly do see value in doing things around the time anyway since EA Play is still happening, just not a stage, because all they have are sports, PvZ, NFS and Fallen Order (being shown off earlier) until next generation.
Thinking only of the Allies and the E3 burnout, this is good news. They'll potentially be less tired and we maybe won't get the usual lull in content we tend to get post-E3. I'll miss the EA jabs, but eh.

True but I feel like that's "just" a standalone dlc. I dont know how much fanfair they will make about it.

You can buy one online for the low, low price of $6000! (Honestly not too bad for a pinball machine these days). When do we start the EZA Resetera Kickstarter to get one of these put in the EZA offices?
