Good score for Disco.

Can't argue with that Defining Games of the Decade list too much, though while I remember that Broken Age was considered fairly important at the time, I can't actually remember why. I'd have probably put Skyrim on there given how it seemed to set the stage for open-world RPGs that followed but maybe that's giving it too much credit.

I just looked in to KINE after seeing that review score. It's a solo developer and she was inspired by Stephen's Sausage Roll, so that's a buy for me.

Just got my copy, along with my *fourth* copy of GamesRadar's The Ultimate Guide to Nintendo...

It seems that they've just decided not to review Link's Awakening, which is a bit of a shame.

Good list of defining game. I would just have added XCOM to that as well, considering it rebooted not only the series, but that whole subgenre of strategy/tactical games.

i thought they were gonna do link's awakening review in this issue. guess not.

that games of the decade list is interesting. i really gotta try gone home one of these days, it always shows up in these lists. and of course, botw continues to be a mainstay in any top of the decade list :)
