I was not aware Elon Musk is a notable person because of his appearance.......
he could look much worse, it wouldn't change his achievements and influence; he would still be attractive to many people because of that.

There is a group that REALLY REALLY hates musk. Even if it would be "Elon Musk heals cancer" they would reply with "BUT WHAT ABOUT HIS ANTI UNION STANCE"

Also people seem to see him as black or white - either savior or villain. While just like anyone else he has bad personality sides to him that just happen to get in the news because everything about Musk/Tesla in it gets clicks on news sites.
Personally I think he did some amazing stuff (with tesla/spaceX) - but I've read his bio and also see in what way he can be a total asocial person making decisions that other would deem weird/inappropriate.
she's by far the most talanted and i would assume the most interesting of the three. just judging by their public personas, i obviously don't know any of them.
Not sure why anyone's surprised by folks not having the best opinion of Musk, essentially one of the figureheads for silicon valley "disruptive" hyper rich white men who think space travel is more important than worker's rights.

It's not really about her, it's the fact that she's only a somewhat popular "hip" artist and Musk is a billionaire with a fixation on space and tech. They just seem like they would run in different social circles.

Do you forget what it means to be human when judging others? You know the whole fallibility thing, how personality are complex and deep, points of view, bias, how opinions change and need to be to contextualized ecc.
For example, in the same interview from which people selectively quote the 'I'm the alpha in the relationship' thing, Justine also says she greatly respects Elon as a brilliant man and a visionary. Relationships aren't one sided, and you cannot judge them by hearing just from one side. I dare say you cannot even judge them from the outside, without even knowing the people involved.
