The Doctor and Seven of Nine are the only legit likeable ones. Tuvok's pretty good if you ignore the whole "of course the black one can't control his emotions" undertones (and to be fair he's damn good at being pissed).

Janeway's fun if you acknowledge that she's a terrible commander and just marvel at how little fucks she gives on anything.

I think Tuvok's only weakness was as a Vulcan you need him to interact with emotional characters, and they are all such weak characters. Especially the decision to pair him with Neelix so often.

Oh that is an amazing moment in both the viewing and the implications, but it also was enraging for so long to build up to it.
