Can't talk about the full game, but there is a demo on PS4 which I played and....
Yeah, basically this, demo was god awful.
This one last up and till xmas eve, then they'll have an end of year sale after that.
Dont forget the new year's sale after that, And i'm sure they find something for february before Spring Sale starts in march. :D
They did winter sales last year IIRC between NY and Spring Sales
Tempted by Shadow of War, was it redeemed after the removal of the mtx crap? The dlc any good? I see some of it adds some Nemesis system upgrades.
I think I'll go for Hong Kong massacre at that price, I remember thinking a fiver wooked about right for it when I watched Giant Bombs quick look.
Any indication when the January sale starts? It's usually a few days before Christmas, right? Those always seem like the best sales.

I've got Dragon's Dogma, Duke Nukem 3D, Wonder Boy: TDT, Homefront: The Revolution and some Escapists DLC in my basket at the moment. I will need to decide what I'm getting and what is being ejected!

Not a lot of difference but Sony published games seem to never come down in price like those in the US.
Eg, Days Gone just this past week.

I got The Last Guardian, loved the game so much that my dog's name is Trico. Probably gonna replay it when I get a 4K HDR TV.

My girlfriend has got me this for Xmas (disc copy) as I'm aware it's never going to get a decent discount digitally

You just get 10 cars or so as instant unlocks, but there is not any cars that you can't unlock with in-game credits by just playing the game.
All post-launch tracks and cars have been free.

As a german, i have to ask if you live in or talk about the same Germany as i do live in. Because i don't see those super great deals on physical stuff most of the times.

I used to live in Spain and for every deal in Spain there were at least 5 in Germany (according to the cheap arse thread). That thread was sad, watching UK and DE deals all the time, even Italy or smaller countries like Netherlands and Belgium had a lot more than Spain.
Only interested is Monster Boy but if the sale is coming to Switch, I'd rather play it there than on PS4.

It's a good game but really rough technically. The frame rate is shocking at times. Still one of my favourite GTA-likes though.
I guess to be expected it's an old game, not remastered in any way so I'm going in expecting jank.
