Try to view the email in plain text mode. Mine appeared this way.
"Temos uma prenda para ti, <PSN name>", which translates to "We have a gift for you, <name>"

If you use Gmail you can download the email and open it in Chrome
Sony are so shit when it comes to this, there is no rhyme or reason to who gets codes, and half the people they give them to can't see them
That's really frustrating. I was waiting for the base game to drop further in price and they just removed the option completely.

Best game I've played all year. Linear story based game and the gameplay and combat is fairly basic but it works very well.
I don't think that works if you got the full e-mail with "none available" instead of the promised code.
I got the none available email and got 2 codes, e-mail said 30% but the two codes were for 10% and 20% - see the previous page for my screenshot
I spare you, don't skip it, completely different game but just as magical.
I checked the mail in plain-text, just got "Code None Available" 3 times.

Got another e-mail for my main account (the first one was my wife's) with a 20% code. In plain-text, there were actually 3 codes - 10, 20 & 30% (all tested, they work).

So there's 0 consistency with this shit lol. I'm gonna try calling them tomorrow to get a 30% since I gave the 10 to my friend already.
Try that, didnt work for me. Doenst even say code, just says not available.
Hey this just worked for me. I got the email for the holiday theme and no code, but did as you suggested and in my email were 3 codes for 10, 20 and 30% off. I just tried them on the PSN store and they work too.
