Doesnt sound like it runs well on the PS5 at all going by some of the stuff I've read. Its certainly not 60FPS. If you are interested in it, Id definitely investigate a little more as a number of older AC games have issues on the PS5.I don't suppose AC: Ezio Collection is 60 FPS on PS5, right? Would like to replay them, maybe I'll just swallow the framerate if it isn't.
It's 30fps on PS5, it's at 60fps on Xbox Series X with FPS Boost and it runs smoothly from what i tried.Another week on the PS Store.

Curious, are the items for sales usually similar between regions?
Afaik it's 4K 30 fps on PS5. On XSX it's something like 1080p but 60 fps lolAnother week on the PS Store.

Anyone know if Deus Ex: Mankind Divided is 60fps on Xbox?
I picked up HR yesterday for under 2 quid to play on Series S and if MD is likely to be the same on Pro as Series S I might pick that up from this sale
Otherwise, not much else here I'm interested in
I wish Sony had a rewards programme like Xbox, I picked up £17 of games yesterday and used MS points for the lot, so basically got them all for free
Baldo's main criticisms are deal-breakers for me. Obtuse puzzles, punishing rather than challenging difficult and general frustration from most who have played it. It's a shame as I think I would have loved it.Would have picked up Lost in Random, but with Mass Effect and It Takes Two already on EA Play and this one probably coming soon, I'd rather go that route.
Also looking at:
Baldo: The Guardian Owls (Ghibli/Ni No Kuni meets Zelda) even though reception seems pretty poor.
Phoenix Wright Trilogy
Demon's Tilt
Going Under

I think they have hinted at maybe updating origins to 60 fps in the future, so I'm holding off.I went through all the AC games last year, none of them except Valhalla and Odyssey run at 60 unfortunately, and Syndicate has massive lighting issues on PS5 (really should be an epilepsy warning for it) but that was the only one that i noticed that anything majorly wrong with it
They are a bit more involved gameplay wise than other VNs Ive played - but the Phoenix Wright Trilogy is currently on sale. It has some investigative elements where you are finding clues etc. but the crux of the gameplay are visual novel style conversations and trials, where you present the evidence at key points. Writing is absolutely top notch and is laugh out loud funny. I cant recommend it highly enough.any good visual novels in there? i played raging loop, root letter and worlds ends syndrome recently, interested to know if there are others good one in there.
that's all for me. i have so much to play i shouldn't even be buying those. lol
- Grip Digital Deluxe - £8.99 (80% off) / £6.74 Plus (85% off)
- Lost in Random - £12.49 (50% off) / £9.99 Plus (60% off)
it's a pretty fun and trippy super hero "simulator". not much in the way of story, but it's a cool little VR game.
It is worth every single penny though. One of the best games I have EVER playedReturn to the Obra Dinn is never going to be discounted heavily is it? It's always the same -25%.

I know, it's such shit and punishes people who bought the game day one. Wish I'd waited.
So in addition to this sale, it seems like Mushroom Wars 2 has been lowered in price from its € 26,99 release price to € 19,99, which is not a sale, but a new default price?
Two things: 1. it was only released six days ago (2022-01-13), so it dropped in price quickly; 2. I didn't know it was coming, let alone that it has already released! :O
I loved the original on PS3, but couldn't get into part 2 on mobile as I just prefer to play it on console and it's F2P. Did anyone play this yet? I see it was also released on Switch a couple of years ago, didn't know about that either. Seems to have had decent reviews. I assume they removed the F2P mechanics from the console versions?
