At least doubling the resolution may be possible. Not certain on the particulars in possibly increasing the framerate.
Where? You sure it wasn't referring to dynamic resolutions automatically staying at it's highest resolution due to access to extra power.

Nope. Rich at Digital Foundry said that the BC team increased resolution for one of the Gears games (or at least did most of the work). Distinctly: "more than just dynamic resolution".

So by the time I get the xb series X I will have about 900 games to play on day 1 but ps5 I may have 40 games that sucks .
