Fallout 76 can be pre-ordered in the MS Store

While Fallout 76 won't be available on popular stores like Steam and GoG, it seems you can pre-order the PC version in the Windows Store: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/fallout-76-pc-game/8xvn286h6t9j

What the hell is going on here? Has Microsoft made a deal with Bethesda?

Edit: the store page doesn't mention Xbox Live integration, so this is probably just the retail version using the Bethesda Launcher.

That doesn't look like Windows Store version, it's disc version that probably goes with Bethesda Launcher key. Windows Store page states it only available on Xbox, so no Windows Store version:

Damn lol feels like treating customers with contempt.

Obviously because Microsoft money greased the wheels. The windows app store version will likely not sell many units, but Microsoft marketing it will boost Xbox sales, and up a lesser extent other versions.

Oh man, a Play Anywhere Version of this game would be absolutely amazing.

Seems like this is just the disc version though.
