Burning the #1 waiver on Gallman out of desperation. On the one hand, it's the number one waiver on a guy who will probably average 6 points until Barkley comes back, but on the other hand the #1 waiver usually just bites you in the behind because you hold onto it too long. Now watch Elliot or someone go down this week.
My rationale is that there's no reason for the Giants to trade for a guy like Drake who can take over when Barkley is coming back, and all of the guys they could pick up, they already had available to them before. Plus maybe if they really, really stink, they brink Barkley back slower to get a higher draft pick. We'll see.

I put in a $20 bid on Gallman and I have no idea why. There's like a 0.01% chance that bid goes through. Price enforcing, I guess?
I want to see how waivers shake out tomorrow, but the Saquon owner (who is 0-3) is trying to trade me Saquon + Michel for my Tyreek + Carson. I don't know why he wants to trade one injured player for another, but it struck me as a very odd trade to try to evaluate properly. It's a bit too rich for my blood.

Looking good at 3-0 so far but have trouble at QB so I am looking to do a trade. Drafted Cam but heard he has a Lisfranc so I dropped him this morning for Danny Dimes. Also still have Jameis who was supposed to be just a fill in last week.
So: I drafted Kelce and was able to scoop up Darren Waller on waivers a few weeks back. Is it realistic to try flipping Waller for an every-week QB1? I wouldn't mind packaging him with any of the following: DJ Moore, Marquise Brown, Terry McLaurin, AP, or my QBs. Mayby Philip Lindsay, but I might need him if Gordon comes back and ruins my RB1 Ekeler.

take the deal before he sees the news that Gordon might be back next week.
I would 100% do that, rumors are floating he's going to report this or next week
3-0 and managed to flip Terry McLaurin and Philip Lindsay for Julian Edelman and Devonta Freeman. Feel like that's a win.

Can't go wrong either way. I lean PIT because prime time Andy Dalton is trash, but you probably shouldn't listen to me and my 1-8 combined record.
Are our league trades approved by commish? Surprise how quickly the trade went through.
Gordon coming back early would be a godsend. I'm 2-1(after my receivers and TE had a grand total of 15 catches and 20 points between all 4 players last week). I'd no longer have to rely on Aaron Jones as my RB1, and could possibly make a trade to acquire a decent TE.
Waller will have you covered for the year. If you haven't yet, accept this trade

Yeah, I try to process shit quickly since waiting a couple days on a trade is a pain in the ass.
The cupboard is bare in my league for WR's. I need my score to increase by 10 points weekly. I'm stuck with a crap defense.
Stafford (vs KC) or Brissett (vs OAK)?
KC SHOULD be a shootout, but I've seen those flop before, and Stafford is a prime time flopper. Brissett has been solid so far this year, but nothing special. OAK should be an easy target though.. but does that mean he could just game mange an early lead?

Their TE situation is completely fucked. So I'm giving them Kittle, Fournette, and Golden Tate for Kamara and, now instead off Wilson, Goff.

Someone dropped Chris Thompson for Gallman. How much is reasonable to bid on Thompson? 10%? Less? Seems like a solid option in PPR with a high floor.

Bump.. anyone have advice? I think if TY Hilton sits I might go with Stafford.. but.. ugh. I'm a Raiders fan so at least if Brissett has a good game against them I can be happy for something for once. Decisions decisions.
Jones SHOULD be good, Williams is a thorn though.
