Good on them adding two black females in the cover, it's refreshing, but over all it looks trash talking about the design don't really like their pose the weapon their holding and overall the color

At this point Far Cry's motto seems to be to try and create controversy to market the game. Its worked thus far as they've handled it well.

There is something about recent Far Cries and how they present themselves that annoys me to no end. In this case all the stupid drawings on the couch and the car, the car itself functioning as a cross, the garish colors... everything looks so fucking tacky and every character looks extremely punchable.

At least these two ladies, whatever their role in the game, are a big improvement over those white, bearded hipster men from FC5. (I don't know if they were hipsters, probably not, but they sure looked like it.)

I rather enjoyed Far Cry 5. If this gives 'meaning' to the game's ending then I may well give Far Cry 5 another playthrough.

I would love to hear your reasoning for why you believe this cover to be racist.
The cover is obviously created to cause controversy, so it is inherently racist. I thought we were already past these kinds of publicity stunts, but I guess not...

Gaming industry needs to grow up.

Don't judge a game by it's cover, but that is already too late for like 99% of the gamers who has seen this right?

In the end you are gonna kill two "Black" "Women", but damn they marketed it in a genius way.

This is going to be an online game like Fallout 76.

Call it a feeling.

Unless everything about it has leaked and I've already been proven wrong.

I agree the industry needs to grow up, but even if the cover was designed to generate controversy (which I disagree with), that doesn't make it inherently racist.

If it was two white girls with a black guy chained up, would that be more or less racist?

I hope the villains didnt take their inspiration from heath ledgers joker like they did in far cry 5. By that I mean “im edgy and evil but I have a message”

I don't understand how this cross bow/buzz saw thing with a motorcycle handle works, hopefully they have a long demonstration prepared about how it works, how it was made, and its place within the world of cross bows and buzz saws

Sounds more like a continuation of fc5/smaller sized game based on pricing. At least would give them an excuse to Use the same map like primal? 😂

This is just a Big Lots version of Rage 2's visual aesthetic.

OF all games, Rage 2.

The sequel to Rage 1.

It obviously isn't releasing tomorrow, shadowdropping a retail game is impossible because early copies are always gonna leak at least a few days before.

Jesus they really are copying Rage 2 hard with this. I feel bad for id/avalanche because this will probably overshadow it even though Rage 2 will likely be the far better game.
