I jumped on that deal and bought 2 of them. Still waiting for it to process.
My life would be a lot easier if I played FGO on ios just because play credit rarely gets discounted like itunes credit.

So, for around 30 hours of maintenance, JP players are receiving... 10 SQ + 10 gold fruits. That's it. I had been thinking that those would be an apology for the length on top of the regular maintenance compensation. Given that it was everything...

The maintenance happened because Apple wouldn't recognize the update, kind of like what happened with NA.
JP's log in streak being preserved is definitely not a good look, though some speculation is that they created a fix for the streaks after what happened with NA, but I wish they would actually communicate this if it is really the case.
I'll take my broken streak over that, I said it before and say it again, let the servers burn in the fires of maintenance.
Not even that. JP starts maintenance in the middle of the day rather than at rollover, so there was plenty of time before and after maintenance to log in and preserve your streak.
Yeah, I'll take the SQ over the streak any day of the week. I am enjoying the complaining from JP players on the subreddit tho considering how smug a lot of them tend to be when it's NA drawing the short straw.

And for Saber Astolfo's third ascension, they just used the second ascension outfit of the fourth anniversary Servant. This Christmas feels very recycled.
