Are you getting married soon? Marriage qualifies you for a special enrollment period, meaning you can change your coverage outside the normal open enrollment period. That change would probably be joining your (then) wife's plan.

I hope people realize this partisan hack's insane ruling, if it were to stand, would lead to the far right going after a lot of other things too. The ACA would just be the beginning.

Trump administration's Rx initiatives, spearheaded by Alex Azar, rely on authority that government gets from the ACA.

If somehow the Texas ruling held up on appeal, those initiatives would go away with the rest of the law.
