I mean, the baby boomers are dying out and millennials are too financially strapped to even consider having kids. That's no conspiracy, that's just reality.
It's almost like Baby Boomers were hoping this would happen for some reason
Either that or they're mostly incompetent, petty, and incredibly short-sighted, allowing them to indirectly sabotage their own racial supremacy by crippling future generations.

Which is why we need more immigrants than ever if we dont want social security to blow up. Every developed nation has a ferility rate under the replacement threshold (2.0), thats why you need to rely on immigration to keep things growing.

It's not "white people" it's any racial or ethnic majority. Whites dont have the monopoly on this shit.
i really don’t care if the white population decreases— we need to depopulate a little, tbh— but ‘whiteness’ is a social construct that will always shift its definition to keep itself in power, and fascists will resort to more violent methods the more desperate they get, so as far as i’m concerned, there’s nothing to celebrate about... but some of the classism and ableism on parade here disappoints me. maybe i’m interpreting the data wrong, but to me, this is the cruel scythe of capitalism, making yet another deep cut.
i’m not talking about the people who are choosing not to have kids, have less kids, or adopt instead of making more kids. good on them. that’s the right choice to make. i’m talking about the people too busy struggling to survive in below poverty conditions to even consider having kids. every day is nightmare for some of these people, wracked with mental and physical illnesses that will never be treated. their only solace are the opiods the elite hands to them like candy — a candy which will, eventually, destroy them.
will these people ever suffer from racism? no. never. saying it’s racist for people to hope for a future without a dominant white majority is dumb. i really want to reiterate that — it’s really dumb and, yes, a little racist. it’s not like these people are calling for a culling of the white bread. please calm down.
did a good portion of them vote for this reality? probably. i can’t say how many, but, almost certainly, enough to be disappointing. their short sightedness will be the death of them. racism was just that important to them. it’s the sounding alarm the gop uses, every year, and every year, it never fails to lure the lemmings off the cliff. that’s pitiable, but also despicable.
is this enough to get me to celebrate blatant classism and ableism in action? absolutely not. it’s not rich white demographics dying out, after all...

If you guys think one race falling out of power will make all the problems in America go away, you got another thing coming. People are scumbags. I imagine by 2045, everyone will try to fight for power and protect "their people" while fucking over other ethnicity. Things might be even more fractured in the government. I imagine even more infighting and indecisiveness going forward with politicians trying to protect the interest of their people, and only their people. Imagine a government where it's not just democrats and republicans, but democrats/republicans of X race fight democrats/republicans of Y race trying to gain an upper hand in controlling Congress, Senate, Supreme Court, etc. So you'll end up with various branches within the parties fighting each other as well as the other party. I'm not saying people will yearn for the good ol' days of 2018, but it'll be just as shitty, but in a different way. And of course don't forget fringe groups forming and causing more violence. I can imagine the KKK and neonazis to grow more bold. The poor white people that are more fearful, angry, and hateful as they see themselves losing power. They probably feel like they have nothing to lose by then, and things will escalate from there.
White people aren't the problem (at least not the ones fighting for a good cause), it's uneducated people. It's a failing government that didn't try to fix things for middle/poor Americans. It's a corrupted government that's making things hard. If our government cared about the well being of its people, then there won't be social unrest. Genocide, slavery, and arrogance are deeply ingrained into the legacy of this country. Getting rid of white people isn't going to magically make that go away. We need a government that works to make life better for everyone. If that happens, then it doesn't matter if white Americans will be in power. If people are contend with their lives, then we won't have to worry too much about conflicts of interest between groups.
Of course government working well and people getting along is the ultimate idealistic fantasy.

I kind of worry that when I’m retired in 30 years White people will be openly shunned because of everything going on right now. The now youth will be grown with all of this etched in their minds and I’ll be baring the cross laid out from all these outspoken racist scumbags of the alt right and police violence. It leads me to be really outspoken to friends and family about social issues because I want people to know we all aren’t like that. There is a real battle going on in white America between the trumps and everyone else. My Facebook is full of trump shit and I hate it.

The death rate isn't that alarming. It's the low birth rate and that's due to economic instability.
I agree with the sentiment, but this unfortunately isn’t how things work. The demographic decline is actually one of the major factors influencing the white ruling class to lock out nonwhites and degrade the political systems in the country. They’re not just going to give up their money and power, and they definitely don’t need a demographic majority to hold onto it, especially if our democracit system continues to be further destabilized.
Actually quite surprised to see that the article is even citing drug overdoses as one of the contributing factors. It's going to be interesting to see how white demographics deal with that problem if they continue to insist that only minorities are drug addicts, hold their hands over their ears and sing "lalalalala" when it's pointed out that more and more white people are dying over these fictional drug overdoses that aren't really happening because white people are better than that.
If the USA continues to pretend that opioid addiction is just a "distraction" while crackhead black and latino drug dealers and addicts are the real problem, then they might just "real problem" their way into a minority position even faster. But I have no idea how you convince someone that is emotionally invested in the idea that only minorities have drug problems that drugs are affecting the white population. When drug addiction is a matter of "faith", or at least the idea that white people can't be addicted, then how do you fight that thinking and get them help if they ignore logic, science, reason and actual gathered data, because their racism won't let them see the truth of what's hurting their demographic?

Incredibly short-sighted is correct. Otherwise we wouldn't have issues like urban sprawl, poor public transportation and sometimes no sidewalks at all for the pedestrian.
