Sterling we definitely played well on Saturday. He got a lot of criticism from people who know fuck all because of the chance before half time. People saying he had passes on, when everyone was actually covered by defenders.

I really hate this thing we have in the UK with needing somone to tear down. We're in the world cup semi final. We have made it further than anyone could have realistically expected before the tournament. Yet there are some sections of the fanbase/press who have this need for 'scapegoat'.

Yeah. I legitimately would not be surprised if Centre Court is mostly empty by the time kick-off arrives. Hell, considering they aren't showing the match on Henman Hill/Murray Mound, I legitimately wouldn't be shocked if the entire Wimbledon grounds are empty when people have fucked off to the pubs or the big screen within the centre of Wimbledon showing it.
Unless Federer or Nadal win it in straight sets 6-0, 6-0, 6-0, it's clashing: kick-off is 4pm with the Wimbledon final beginning at 2pm. God only knows when programming and build up will begin on the BBC or ITV if England make the final (I would not be surprised if they start two hours before kick off).
Did you see that clip from the Colombia game when the Wimbledon folks refused to show the shootout on the screens so everyone went down the road and watched it through people's windows lol. They are so clueless.
