Final Fantasy VII Demo Playthrough Leak [Update: Full game spoilers datamined]

Ahhh ok. I thought I read that it was like 76gb or something, but 24 certainly doesn't sound like a full game of VIIR's caliber. 😅
So the demo is supposedly sitting on a Seoul-based server and clocks in around 10GB and change.
Untill SE or Sony starts talking about it, who knows really.
Friends... they aren't dropping this thing without fanfare.

Maybe CES related? I mean, CES is not gaming focused but this might be a nice way to grab some headlines; announce the PS5 reveal, show some upcoming game footage, drop the FF7R "demo out now" bomba.
Resolution of the year: Have an extremely kickass setup to play this game in all it's glory.

besides monster design, most character designs are closer to the original than the compilation nomura designs in the original are good, the summons that are probably closer to what vincent limit break is look really great in the remake, i dont think there's anything to worry about it, my bet is they will change the design but keep the overall look (maybe they will change the texas chain saw massacre one)
I have some faith, though. Crisis Core's Ifrit looked like this (more Satyr-like hoves, fire-hair, horns that come out to the side of the head):
And FFVII Remake's looks like this (horns coming up and over, purplish hair, humanoid feet):

I know it's not happening with this release but I can't wait until we see the other summons. Knights of the round I'm thinking of you.
I wanna see Neo Bahamut, it's my favourite summon of all times (and Odin).
If they've given us Ifrit, Shiva (and Chocobo/Mog), I wanna see Ramuh, Titan, Leviathan (that was the hook summon for the original FFVII, shown in the earliest footage and first demo) and Odin. The others could come in later episodes. Give us the main elemental group, at the very least.
Those are my favorite too, but I really really wanna see Alexander just because how bad it is in the original lol
They could drop regular Bahamut considering the original has three versions of him.
Playthrough Part 1
I was thinking about that. Neither Sony or Square have any big events coming up where they could drop something like this and they just had Jump Festa, the Game Awards, and a State of Play. So if it was getting dropped, it's got to be sometime in special, and when better than the start of a new decade?
Shit, I hope they drop this tonight! Hopefully they do that "Buy $100, get $15 back" deal soon so I can pick up this with TLOU.
Ah, geez. At this point I'll watch the footage fifty times before I actually get to play it.
