Finally… the long awaited moment has come. Sorry to keep you all waiting so long! We hope you enjoyed the footage shown during State of Play. It was quite short, but hopefully you enjoyed seeing Cloud and Aerith brought back to life with such realistic graphics. And oh my god! Did you notice he was there too…? We are preparing to release more official information in June, but we wanted to try something new here on State of Play by showing you this special trailer as a taste of what's to come. Stay tuned for more updates about the Final Fantasy VII Remake in the future!

I just hate realistic-looking Cloud.
The other characters looked okay though.

So we saw Tifa's name in the battle bar. Did they show her in battle at all? Trying to rewatch and slow it down.

My thirst for this game is such that this looked amazing to me, even if not a whole lot was shown.

Yo, it looks turn-based? Also, I don't have any nostalgia for this game but seeing Aeris made me quite happy and sad at the same time.

That is a FFVII remake all right. Doesn't say anything that wasn't already know really apart from teasing the exciting news probably in June. Like an actual release date or something.
