Tailtiu can take advantage of Juicy Wave pretty well, but she also has a good legendary tome.
Yeah, distant counter is too good of a skill. If you don't have a very terrible bane to fix or you don't plan to heavily merge Hector you should save that dupe, a single merge doesn't makes a huge difference unless you got hit with a bane in an important stat.
ok got it, thx Team! Not sure I'd ever merge a Hector with inheritable DC at this point. You don't even need armors for top arena rankings anymore thanks to legendaries, so there are much better choices for arena cores now.
I pulled 9 LA!Hectors last year and saved 8 of them for DC fodder.
thx for da further details! In the end, if you really like Hector and want to merge him, it's your decision. DC got more available thanks to Nailah and partially due to Hrid and Lector being on fixed schedules on the legendary banners.
But personally, i'm on the same side as the others, keep them for DC fodder.
I'd love to be wrong, but i don't think we see 3 Houses in FEH before that game releases.
Lightning Breath for the masses.
And giving Reinhardt a weapon with built in desperation. I don't know, he isn't that fast of a character to make great use of the skill.
I want Dire Thunder refine to give him DB4. +Eff refine lets him double attack on both phases. Why Rein has to get a bad refine? He isn't even that polarizing now. If you want olwen to have a niche just give them different refines
I can survive with my most hated character having a busted dancer skill so people can survive reinhardt getting a buff
Why Rein has to get a bad refine? He isn't even that polarizing now. If you want olwen to have a niche just give them different refines
First ranged weapons only get 1 mt, second cherche weapon also only got 1mt despite being a melee weapon so i bet dire thunder wouldn't even get a mt refineBecause of how weapon data is stored, you can't give Olwen and Reinhardt different refines since there's only one Dire Thunder datafile. I guess you could give one a new prf, but that hasn't happened and I wouldn't count on it. Reinhardt doesn't need a refine but Olwen really does need something to make her more than just bad Reinhardt. Besides, there isn't much Reinhardt would want over a +2 Mt refine, so it isn't like Reinhardt gains nothing from the refine either
This is an issue that affects other units too; L!Ike and OG!Ike are particularly screwed, for example.
Original Falchion has 3 different refines.Because of how weapon data is stored, you can't give Olwen and Reinhardt different refines since there's only one Dire Thunder datafile. They're also internally coded as different weapons and are the only instance of this.
"Falchion" is three different weapons, alms, the awakening crew and Marth have different weapons, they just have the same name.
Oh, ok. I didn't know that. If they REALLY wanted to give Olwen a refine, they could separate her Dire Thunder internally or just give her a new weapon altogether, though. Anything could be done, data can be modified. They're also internally coded as different weapons and are the only instance of this.
Weapons like Ragnall or Dire Thunder aren't tagged by character; when they created L!Ike, for example, they just used the Ragnell file created for Ike.
Remember how the Falchion looks different depending on the wielder? Those visual differences aspirated them as three discrete weapons in the game data which got expanded on in the refines. Note that Chrom, Lucina and Maskina all have the same refine, because they have the same Falchion in the game data.
I'd love to be wrong, but i don't think we see 3 Houses in FEH before that game releases.
Echoes got 2 banners before the game released, if I remember correctly. One with Alm and some of his crew, the next one Celica's.
We could maybe see three, one with the lord of each house and their crew (although I'm really hoping they move away from the "retainers"...), or more likely we could see one with the 3 lords and Byleth. I think we'll see at least a few characters before release, it's easy advertisement.
Here's the timeline
Alm banner = 4/14/2017
Echoes (Japan) 4/20/2017
Celica banner 5/15/2017
Echoes (US) 5/20/2017
SoV is a remake tho, i bet people would be mad if FEH spoils the game before it even launching.
I prefer they releasing banners a month or so after it releases.
You would think that but base form Celica spoils her game anywayI'm sure they designed the Three House characters incrementally so that they have not spoilery base forms for FEH around launch, and various other forms later in the game they can make alts of.
Gaiden is also a really old game, so they might have felt more open being spoilery about it.You would think that but base form Celica spoils her game anyway
Well it was a game that the west didn't play and was getting a remake, spoiling the game seems counter intuitive.Gaiden is also a really old game, so they might have felt more open being spoilery about it.
FE biggest market is outside japan thoI don't think Japan cares about spoilers nearly as much as the west. They openly use "spoilers" for marketing all the time.
I remember back when was into the Layton series, you basically had to avoid all the Layton trailers because they would always spoil things. Or at least Azran Legacy's did.I don't think Japan cares about spoilers nearly as much as the west. They openly use "spoilers" for marketing all the time.
