Everyone should. Halo PS5, Switch. New Smash on PS5, Xbox, PC. Half-Life 3 on consoles too. Spread the love."I'd love to see a world where hundreds of millions of people can enjoy our games"
Put Bloodborne on Steam then
Fireside is one of the latest studios they acquired, right? I lost track of this stuff lol.
I imagine, like Xbox, they want to have PS Now be on TVs and other platforms"I'd love to see a world where hundreds of millions of people can enjoy our games"

Firesprite.Fireside is one of the latest studios they acquired, right? I lost track of this stuff lol.
You don't get in to Jim's position by being nice. Same goes for Nice Guy Phil.He comes off like Donald Trump Jr. trying to pretend he's an average every day person.
That's Firesprite, hehe.Fireside is one of the latest studios they acquired, right? I lost track of this stuff lol.
This. I expect they intend to expand it back out again once they complete updating their system to handle higher scale, since they said that was one of the main issues they were working on a couple of years ago.I imagine, like Xbox, they want to have PS Now be on TVs and other platforms

Oh, literally fireside lol. Gotcha.Firesprite.
Fireside is not a studio. It basically just means an interview like this:
Because someone was bound to mention Nice Guy Phil to counteract my argument but ok
Not sure why a comparison to Donald Trump Jr. is relevant here but ok

Because he comes off like an out of touch rich person trying to pretend he's normal, like Donald Trump Jr.
This comes off as a really dumb take but maybe you are not expressing yourself well. Can you be specific?Because he comes off like an out of touch rich person trying to pretend he's normal, like Donald Trump Jr.

The weird thing is PS Now used to be on TVs and other platforms like their Blu Ray players, I remember using PS Now on my Samsung back in 2014-15, this was when it was only PS3 games I think and you had to rent on a per game basis.I imagine, like Xbox, they want to have PS Now be on TVs and other platforms

I'm 10 minutes in and I'm not seeing what you're seeing.Because he comes off like an out of touch rich person trying to pretend he's normal, like Donald Trump Jr.

Are you asking why a longtime veteran Sony executive and now head of a multinational corporation is an older person? Why can't Sony hire someone more in tune with younger generations as the SIE head? I don't get it.
What does this even mean? And what's with the Jim hate?He comes off like Donald Trump Jr. trying to pretend he's an average every day person.
Saying someone is a wealthy corporate mouth piece is not the same as comparing them to a seditionist, fascist megalomaniac. No one deserves that kind of comparison unless they have a lot of truly bad shit under their belt. It was a terrible comparison.Because he comes off like an out of touch rich person trying to pretend he's normal, like Donald Trump Jr.

The take away from this interview from me was that he has been a hardworker that went through tons of ups and down from 1994 to the present.
Felt genuine, especially with how he talked about the times they struggled in Europe or how they got motivated again after the PS4 e3 conference.
Are you asking why a longtime veteran Sony executive and now leader of a multinational corporation is an older person?
What would "in tune with younger generations" look like to you?
Why can't Sony hire someone more in tune with younger generations as the SIE head? I don't get it. Not to be ageist, but the guy is as bland as they come.
Wears graphic teesAre you asking why a longtime veteran Sony executive and now head of a multinational corporation is an older person?

You want a younger person who has less experience to be CEO of a multinational company instead of someone else with decades of experience? Why can't Sony hire someone more in tune with younger generations as the SIE head? I don't get it. Not to be ageist, but the guy is as bland as they come.
I haven't had the chance to watch the interview, and since so few posts are actually about it, has Jim said anything that would warrant the comparison to Donald Trump Jr.(why him of all people?) or accusations of being out of touch? Are you asking why a longtime veteran Sony executive and now head of a multinational corporation is an older person?
