If they do that's be stupid. Hell, the only thing I'd sort of be okay with is him having a fangirl who takes the name and tech, maybe even believe he was some grand hero OR be all in on finishing his evil plan.
But this is a comic super world. So many avenues to explore.
I mean, he was a great villain and all, but does he really need to come back? He had a fitting end, and I'd prefer them to come up with new antagonists.

Heroes and villains die and come back all the time. Wouldn't be surprised if they riff on that in some way either this film or down the road
That's actually a fun idea. Given how popular Loki is with female fans, just have them run a blog and obsess with him, take over the mantle. Social commentary etc;
Nah it has, the city is just dead and boring. The dash sprint near the end is still great.
He was a regular human who got sucked into an airplane jet engine. He's extremely dead.
Bringing him back would also kill the moral of the film:
No capes!
Looks like a next gen video game updateMan is this film gonna look gorgeous. I'm loving how much more pronounced the shape design is. We are almost to the point where the film on screen has the same type of energy that the concept art has.
everything about the characters its outstanding, EVERYTHING ELSE its bad, just watch scenes at edna's house,
The character design and animation are still top notch but the tech they used to render it hasn't aged well.
Looking forward to see the whole family again. First film was amazing and I hope they build on that. The baby is totally gonna be great with its different powers. xD
I guess that should've been obvious. I really liked Dash, Violet was always the weakest, but it'd be weird to hear anything drastically different, she had a very unique voice for the character (good and bad). Pixar has my trust though. The two parents are the standouts anyway.
What? It says in the article that only Dash was recast. The actress for Violet is returning.

Plus it would ruin Edna's hilarious cape moral if Syndrome came back.
