Just watched it. Pretty solid segment, although he's totally wrong about Roseate Spoonbills. My family love those birds.
But on topic, I had no idea there wasn't a solid option for people who've had to do multiple claims. It's interesting that there's not a buyout option to give people whose homes have had more than X amount of issues within a certain time span.
It seems like any kind of reforms with this are always gonna be unpopular.
