I mean its dumb, the last thing was dumb, but he doesnt deserve to go to prison. So if you are going to continue to suggest that he needs to go to prison, I will keep saying that is bad idea.

Not sure if you are joking but that fake gator is private property and he did kinda try to destroy.
I've got no problem with kids being kids. But from my experience, the kids with no chill grow up to be the worst kind.
