Had to miss the 1st half of both games. I see that we still haven't any goal in either side, but how good/poor have been the matches so far?

We really need to do a few things here... stop losing the ball so easily, finish those should be easy nettings, and do better with moving on and off the ball.

Liverpool need to get some width and spread the Bayern back 4. They are playing everything down the middle straight in the Bayern defense

The Liverpool-Bayern 2nd half looks like two PES/FIFA players who still haven't quite figured out how to shoot lol

Barça seems to be suffering from their usual "Champions League" virus, in which they seem unable to turn up (especially away from home) regardless of the Messi factor. Weird. Seems like a self-confidence issue at this point, honestly.

You're right, I'm not talking about shots on goal. They've had so many opportunities where the final touch has been missing, or there's been one errant pass, or something like that. They're getting in front of goal. They're just not making that final touch.

Yep there final touch has been poor or smothered by the Bayern defense.

If Liverpool play this casual against Manchester Utd there gonna get stomped this weekend

Apparently, if this result holds, this would the 3rd 0-0 in row in Liverpool vs Bayern matches at Anfield. Granted, they're seperated by a "few" years, but quite curious if it does happens.

Mane should have had this wrapped up in the first half. Allison was on holiday in the second half. Bayern where quite limited. I'm not worried, I think we can win on the road.

RIP Barca. Suarez is shit, Messi isn't playing up to his standards and this team can't score. Buy a 9 this summer and maybe they won't get knocked out in the QF again. This season is pretty much over. Don't have much hope for the Copa or the League.

Okay, positive for us our defense held up, granted there wqs luck involved lol. Negative, can they do it again and not give up an away goal?! Also, they need to get Lewandowski more touches next game.

Barcelona's last win away from home in the knockout stages of the UCL was vs Arsenal in 2016. Christ. If we can't beat Lyon, with all due respect, who can we beat? Eventually we're just gonna get a result we can't overturn at the Camp Nou, or get the 2nd leg away from home.

Here's hoping tomorrow is a bit more exciting!

Barça seems unable to turn up away from home in the CL. Granted, not sure how well Lyon also played, but Barça is expected to do more.

Liverpool (most of the time) and Bayern attacked a lot, but with little danger in the 2nd half. The one big expection was a header by Mané, that would have probably gone in with a different keeper.

Martinez had one of his best games today. On the other hand Coman was incredibly poor. Lewandowski too.

On the other side Liverpool's tactic of going all forward at the right time and crowding the other team created a couple of chances in the first half, but in the second half it was totally useless. Lacking any midfield play didn't help either.

Good first half, poor second half for this game.

This is now Bayern's for taking considering Liverpool's away performances this season.
