All I want to see from them this year is getting the sort of volume Mercedes normally gets in terms of laps.
I knew it. Hope it's not true.AMuS: No good news for the Williams fans: We hear that the FW42 will not be ready until Wednesday. Apparently missing vehicle parts.
It's the only championship that matters, if we're honest.
Pretty much confirmed: https://www.williamsf1.com/racing/n...cing-barcelona-test-update-monday-18-february
Wow. Surely there are parts they could still be testing with last year's car, not to mention at least letting their drivers get some much needed track time?
Could be they've seen something on other cars that they feel they missed and have had to overhaul some important parts.
They mentioned it on autosport. Apparently a new moulding method. The new Pirelli tires are so shiny.
Or did they look like this in previous seasons as well and we just rarely see them at 0 km?
Thanks for posting this.Since the OP didn't include them, and the season is of, a kind reminder about our Discord and Fantasy league. Links:

Here is a better angle. (press shot).
Any swede here that knows if F1 TV has become available in the country? I can't stand the commentators on Viasat.
Yeah, it's available now.
Make sure you sub via the app because it's cheaper.
789 kr per year in the Formula 1 app.
110€ per year on the website.
Color is changed for sure, look at this pic, it's probably the lighting / sun but the old car would never look like this
Wow. I mean, it doesn't say anything about how the season will run but some good times.Day 1 standings

That would be the only solution for the team, but there are rumors that Claire denied that way two years ago, when Mercedes proposed it.Williams need to swallow their pride and accept being a Merc b-team, at least for a few seasons. Be to Mercedes what Haas are to Ferrari. Gain stability then work towards more independence.

So even though Sainz' time was on the softest tyres, they still finished today 0.8 slower than Alonso's Q3 time in qualifying from last year's Spanish GP.

I made an account, but I've never done the league stuff before. Where do I enter this code?
I think their fear is that in going down that route would lead to a loss of talent in the areas for designing/manufacturing those parts which means getting back to doing it yourself isn't easy.150 laps for Mercedes, pretty expected. No rush to set a fast time, need to check the stints.

Go back to your team page and there should be a button to allow you to join a league.
Happy to see that there have been no reliability issues with the Honda engine so far. Gives me some hope that Red Bull will at least be operating on last year's level.
