Can someone crop out this character so it has a blank background?

Wondering if someone can do a thing for me.
I like my rudimentary idea but I can't cut out a circle on mobile so I'll leave it to a pro.
I'm looking to add Shin Godzilla realized as the Thundercats logo added to the back of Yoshimitsu's hand. No altering of Shin itself, just lines added to piece it out similar to the Tcats logo and cutout as a circular emblem.
