Funko has said on twitter that the Target boxes are the new LoC. They've been... highly disappointing.
I've strangely been into Funko Pops the last few months. Got Uraraka, Tsuyu and the Shoot Style Deku from My Hero Academia. I also have Captain Marvel and then Robin from One Piece. They're pretty cheap and make decent shelf decoration for my manga shelf.
The Shoot Style Deku one looks pretty good. Just got it today.
I just saw they're releasing Persona 5 ones in July. Might pick up Joker and Anne.

It's been so long since I've bought a Pop. Been busy saving up money for my wedding. I think the last ones I bought were Pikachu and the Noid.
I think you got mine, haha. A few places around me got them in but no chases.
Funny thing is, co-worker pre-ordered a third one, and it was a Chase too haha.

So, really minor thing that probably matters to nobody but me, but I finished a theme for the first time today. I got into getting the Dota 2 ones after starting to play Auto Chess. Got the bottom three together, got Pudge about 3 weeks later, then nothing for months. GameStop are doing a clearout here and, after searching for months, there was a random Juggernaut put out today.
I think I crossed 150 POPs total today as well, which is pretty crazy. Started collecting in 2014-ish.

Haven't bought a pop in a long time. Looking at these SDCC pops that might change soon. I definitely want the two Toy Story pops, the Up 2-pack, and those Simpsons Aliens.

Kang and kodos are amazing, ended up being my favorite exclusives so far. They said they still aren't done with reveals btw
There's always a chance they could release it as a common in a different pose or outfit. As of right now though, yeah, your only option is the second hand market.
