Spencer has unequivocally said XGS games will also launch on Steam going forward. The only question is what existing UWP titles will be "ported" to Win32/Steam. At the very least, it's probably safe to assume those that are still actively supported, like Sea of Thieves, will make the jump.

Oh nice, I missed that it was all games, I thought it was just some games. Great to have that choice, and I think Game Pass works as a carrot better than not releasing games on Steam as a stick.
