Cool that there is an easy fix, shameful that it happens in the first place and support is 100% useless. Just demonstrates how much of a disaster EGS is between problems like this and losing all progress in a game due to shitty cloud save implementation. But Epic stealing exclusives from Steam is such a good thing, it's just another launcher, what's the big deal?

Only 2 days some people have Valve support tickets for YEARS before someone gets back to them.
But to be fair its a shitty situation and glad for now at least their is a work around.
