Pretty good month:
  • Hidden Agenda [PS4] - Played the story mode with a friend. Pretty decent. Some of the scenes are too short.
  • Beyond Two Souls [PS4] - The game went places, but at the end of the day, the game is a miss for me.
  • Monument Valley [Android] - Some of the puzzles are very neat, but still too easy. Only took me 2 subway trips to finish.
  • Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix [PS4] - Roxas sucks.
  • Detroit Become Human [PS4] - I was going to skip it until sale, but the impressions are very positive. Pulled the trigger and it didn't disappoint.

Just beat Yakuza 0, my first Yakuza game, this month!

8.5/10 (Combat and story are excellent and entertaining, but the game has a shit-ton of problematic stances that keep me from rating it higher)

A solid 8/10. Game has not aged too well but I really appreciated the art direction and storytelling.

I really don't like to be negative about games ever really, but this game for me personally was absolute dogshit. 5 Hours of fun at the beginning, and just turned into an absolute slog afterwards. only kept playing in the hope that it would get good, and i never do that but ERA convinced me it must be good. Super dissapointed. Probably the only game from 2017 that i would honestly say was poor, even though i can absolutely see it's positives to others

Life Is Strange ( Platnium) (8/10)
Really Great. Nice simple plot with real, if sterotypical and really weird slang, characters. Cool music. Will play before the storm in a few years.

I beat Far Cry 5 last week (7/10)

I wanted to get platinum but it tied several trophies to co-op so that killed my desire for it. I might pick up Moonlighter and Ni No Kuni 2 this week.

The order I was expecting to be pure crap but I really enjoyed the story and it was enough to keep me going despite the gameplay being a bore fest. God of war was refreshing. Highlight of the month by far. I've gotten my backlog down to 11 games. I'm hoping to shave off 3-4 each month.
