Question... I have a Roth IRA account through Vanguard atm, so I believe it's got the $6k a year cap attached to it. Do I have to make a new account through Vanguard in order to do general investing like with GME and whatnot?
Here here. I'm just looking to turn my 100 dollars into 200 dollars and I'd be incredibly happy with that. Also, supporting this cause feels good more than anything.

You can do ACH and they give you up to a 1000 if you do it early enough. More than that you have to wire transfer.
People were only allowed to sell, that basically removed a lot of demand, the fact that the price didn't go lower is pretty amazing
It was nearing $500 if not for all the cheating that was going on today. IMO if I had any funds I can spend left, I would jump on it. *not a financial advice

Can anybody on WeBull tell me if you can buy a piece of a share like you can on RH? I've been trying to figure out the interface. Trying to buy $40 worth of a GME with what's left in my account and hopefully get 50% gains on it tomorrow, but it seems like you can only buy full shares and I don't understand "limit vs market" enough to understand if that's my problem.
I don't know if this has been posted yet, but it sounds . . . not great.

You can do it anywhere. I am in EU and use eToro. But you will be hit with large capital gains tax depending on country if you have any profits (25% to 40% depending on country in EU)

It's going to be hard to explain how suspending buying to purposely tank the price and trigger these stop limits isn't securities fraud, though.
