Gaming sound effects quiz

I kinda feel like the auto-fill is a little whack. Some answers I knew the specific spelling of and it auto-filled before I could type it in. Others arbitrarily didn't?
I'm sure there's a logical way to how it works but it doesn't feel quite right.
That one drove me crazy too. My initial guess was Destroy All Humans!
Hint: It's not Destroy All Humans!
"Halo:" autofills Halo: Combat Evolved, "Mortal Kombat I" autofills "Mortal Kombat II", and "Mario Kart" autofills to "Mario Kart Wii" (I would have gotten this one wrong) but "Duke Nukem" doesn't autofill to "Duke Nukem 3D"

It sounded familiar but I couldn't remember from where. I thought it was Star Fox SNES at first.

All the ones I missed I never played, with three notable exceptions: Tomb Raider, Max Payne, and Quake.

44/60, not bad i knew one of the sounds and was doing the animation with it irl but just could not figure it out
I got 34 of 60. there were lots of sounds I recognised but would never have actually guessed unless I sat there for way too long. and plenty I would have never known.
I put in lylat wars for 41 and it autofilled lmao

I've never played any Immersive Sims and I've watched only 1 YouTube essay about the genre (via a thread here).
But I managed to infer it based on the dialogue.
The only one that threw me off course was Luigis Mansion. All I could hear was Rayman.
I thought it was Another World.

It make since I didn't play the rest of games (only few ones I missed), actually I'm quite surprised that I managed to answer some of quzis without playing nor hearing the sound effect before
Had a lot of fun, I only hope there was more variety rather leaning towards Western and Nintendo games

Got 44/60 on my first try, but I feel like I could've gotten a 45. The auto-fill is kind of finicky. I wrote just Final Fantasy on question 58 and it failed to auto-fill, but I wrote just Resident Evil on another question which auto-filled just fine.

I love that one of the sound effects is the answer and I still got it wrong lol.

Took me a while too. I imagine it's used in quite a few games. First thing that came to mind was Tomb Raider, that room in The Last Revelation in which you activate the traps inside the sphinx early on.
OK, #11 has to be a stock sound effect. That exact same sound can be heard in SSX Tricky.

edit: I ended up with all the Nintendo sounds + Minecraft, Fortnite, Tomb Raider, Crash, Sonic and the meme / commonly used ones Metal Gear Solid !, Final Fantasy laugh, San Andreas sadly :( totally missed Cuphead and Portal
