In the trailer sneak peek we also see Diluc in his KFC digs, we'll probably gonna get some in game collaboration event.
Seems like they removed all traces of kfc logo from English trailers. So it will most likely be a random ass cooking event in game.

My tinfoil hat says it’ll be a Switch Pro “launch” title. The game runs like poop on PS4/PS4 Pro, so a base Switch might not be enough for the game.

The PS4 isn’t the baseline for this game though, it runs fine on weaker phones
It's fine on mobile so theres no reason that the Switch would struggle. Just needs better optimization than what's there on the PS4.
The male character designs in this game are so disappointing. Not a beefcake to be seen, barring some very minor NPCs I imagine.
We just had a festival, so I'm not super stoked about that. But this does look a lot better than the Lantern Rite. I mean, events with the people in your party and not just NPCs is a HUGE improvement.
The game only has two base "skeletons" for male playable characters; adding actual beefy dudes would require a third base to be made so I wouldn't be expecting that any time soon.
Anyway, this event at least looks like it contains stuff to interest me more than the Lantern Rite did. Genshin's controls and physics don't exactly lend it well to precise movement and platforming but I'll definitely take that as repeatable content over slow-ass crap-ass tower defense.
I wouldn't take the trailer being representative of what we're actually getting. Lantern rite trailer showed a bunch of the main liyue characters hanging out too.
They could if they wanted to, they’re choosing not to. Makes this game easier to ignore, so I’m not pressed. It’s just a missed opportunity for them to expand the game’s aesthetic and userbase.
