Yea there's way too much overlap due to technology specfically social media and the like. The lines are much more blurred between Millennials and Gen Z compared to say Boomers and Gen X.
Nah, it's because many millennials graduated around the recession so wage growth was pretty stagnant for them even job hopping for a good 5+ years. Where as Gen Z are coming into jobs in a booming economy so their wage trajectory looks much different age the same age.
