for carts, I always go with live resin or rosin for best quality and flavor. If you're wanting the best deal though, distillate is the way to go.
as far as strains, there's a lot of good ones here. Apple Fritter is a really popular strain right now for good reason: it slaps. Banana Runtz, Rainbow Runtz are both really solid too. If you want a cart to help with sleep, i highly recommended the 9lb Hammer. For best recommendations, ask a budtender, they should be able to steer you in the right direction.
