Does the game not automatically end and start NG+ when you beat the final boss? I just beat Divine Dragon last night and want to fight DoH but am hesitant after all the horror stories.
I think Dan will give it a shot and then bow the fuck out after meeting Shinji and determining he is in fact, not a cool dude.

Go one step further and make him get the Big Boss rating (or Foxhound for MGS3) in the whole series.

demon of hatred is not a fun fight, but if you get malcontent, the finger whistle upgrade, you can stun him three times for a few seconds, and the umbrella upgrade that blocks fire damage is a must. those prosthetics make it fairly manageable.

Oh wow, that is awesome to know, thank you! I have Malcontent, I do not have that umbrella upgrade (think I am missing the fulminated mercury). Guess I am gonna need to find some of that before I fight him heh
Do you have the
flame vent prosthetic that the soldiers before him talk about? If not I would recommend getting it, makes a big difference in that fight.
Also there's no shame in moving on and coming back for him later.
The chained ogre? The fireworks or whatever they are called things are also very useful

Yeah and it helps for one health bar. The other one I just can't do. Posture is coming back so fast and then the fight takes ages and I make mistakes.
The difficulty curve is immense in this - it's kinda off-putting and I loved every of their games.
It only gets better as it goes along
I'd already place it up there with Justified and The Leftovers as the best overlooked shows ever

Yeah I miss Blue Bombin but Alex is all in on Mass Effect now.
Not that I don't love Mass Effect 1/2, but Mass Alex is probably the weakest title with the worst wordplay of any series they've come up with. I hope people never stop offering better titles to them until the series is done just to mildly get under Alex's skin.

man the thing with the Kingdom Hearts series is that you need someone who isn't there solely to mock it, you need to be willing to meet that game halfway otherwise it's just going to be miserable.
