She keeps meowing loudly and has been there for like three hours now.

Get a ladder, wear layered long sleeves some heavy duty work gloves and get that kitty down from there.

You have been blessed with the gift of many kittehs. Please keep us posted and once they're big enough, hopefully they can find a good home. <3

Yeah she might be going into labor. You need a ladder, a big sheet or beach towel and at least two people. Or the gif becomes real. Create a couple of escape routes for her like the ladder itself and a taut sheet to the ground on a diagonal.

the middle of the woods
Whats up with you, dont post about it, get the kitty down! Dont forget gloves and a jacket before. Also looks like a male.

Edit: Take a blanket and put it around, with gloves, and wearing a jacket, watch your face. Good luck

I don't think it's pregnant/going into labor. It might be just obese and after getting stuck up there, is now panting from being distressed by bad choices.

Hope it makes it down ok!

Sure, and cats never get stuck up trees either.
My cat actually got stuck up a tree and was actually there for a few days. Luckily we got him down but it was definitely a traumatic experience for the little guy.

Cats often get stuck in places they have climbed up to because they heavily rely on their back legs to clime up to these places as their front legs do not have the strength to climb down. It also has to do with the fact that cat claws are good about going up but not so much going down. Plus cats often do not want to go down as they are afraid either of because of something that chased them up the tree or in a sensitive situation (like being pregnant and possibly not too far off from giving birth).
