Are you able to use more than one Gem Apple code? Also, where do folks get these? They're only obtainable straight from the eShop no?
My guess is they were the codes given out during the Tetris 99 event where if you got enough points, you'd get the gem apples.

There must be an inactivity period that makes some people eligible again. I had game pass from July 2018 to February 2019 when it was $30 for six months + free month with autopay enrollment.
