I think the point is that all the threads about their videos devolve into this. More threads have been about that one comment then about the video itself.

I'm with this. It just seemed to come out of nowhere and I quite enjoy all the content. They said they arent going to make many videos different than what they usually do ....but I think they should. I enjoy the content now but they seem to have personalities to make some other great content as well .
If you have a large platform and uncritically joke about a controversial figure you're contributing to normalizing that figure to your audience. Its why Fallon got criticized for ruffling Trumps hair so late during the 2016 election.

They'd never admit it, but they feel good about themselves doing it. Even if it's, at its core, a good stance to take, some people just overdo it. And then they wonder why even people on here greet them with resistance, because in their mind it's for a good cause, and the only right action to take. Anyone not agreeing with them then is, logically, not as progressive as they are.
I'd like to see on their private life and relationships (actually no), it's amazing how immaculate people are these days.
