Miller putting in that work. I have no doubt he had some influence on how Cory directed this.Skill up:
- This is the best Sony game.
- This is GoTG.
- It really is a cinematic experience, in a way that very few games could have hope to achieve. Very few MOVIES could have hope to achieve.

Even early on, combat is dynamic and gratifying. Juggling foes with sweeps of the axe up close, or throwing it from afar before recalling it like the world's most lethal boomerang. You might launch your axe through an enemy's leg, them collapsing to the ground, parry an incoming blow with your shield before thumping your assailant with coiled fists before recalling your axe back through the bad guy and swatting them away like a fly. It's terrific stuff, with Atreus damaging and distracting from the perimeter with his own elemental arrows, always an asset rather than a burden
Same can be said for Mario and Zelda?
On Twitter you can follow his likes to see what he's been looking at.I want to see Cory's first tweet after the realization that after all these years of working... he and the entire team at Santa Monica DID IT!
https://www.theguardian.com/games/2...violent-vengeful-and-more-brilliant-than-everGod of War's world is enormous – set aside at least 30 hours to explore it – but it is devoid of the busy work that plagues similarly ambitious games. Every diversion from the main story is an adventure rather than a task, making exploration worth your while for more than the treasure; some of the best stories here are hidden. The mythological setting imbues this world with mystery. Players feel like archeologists, learning more about the fiction with every foray into an unexplored corner of the map.
It's interesting how this doesn't come up that often lol.
Has been said ad nauseum. Haven't seen it stated in a serious manner in here so far. (Which is a good thing).

That's a weird meme to use for God of War...
And it's not open world..... it's going to be a nice change of pace as far as level design goes.Crazy that in terms of the main campaign, this is as big as Horizon.
So the Metacritic is missing Telegraph (100) and Ausgamers (98) ?
I think playing God of war 3 is enough for good overview before this game as it picks up from that game. In my view Ascension and Ghost of sparta is optional and not needed for this game unless you need to know in depth story of Kratos and have time.I haven't been keeping up with this game in terms of marketing. Any one know who reviewed the game or read spoilers if it's worth playing prior games or watching a recap. I have played God of War 1, 2, 3 and Chains of Olympus, but never touched Ascention and Ghost of Sparta. I also forgot the story as I didnt enjoy it or paid attention to it.
Patapon do you have bombs disarmed?
Oops I thought the sarcasm was pretty obvious...
You played yourself.Woke up on the middle of the night to see MC
Now can't go back to sleep because of the hype
Not as obvious over the internet ;)
Yeah... People jumping on that train with their "b-b-b-bbut Nintendo" shit though, like we haven't heard that nonsense for years already.
