Huh. I mean it makes sense, but still. I don't know if this is in relation to tempering expectations because it *can* run at 4K/120, or if they're commenting more generally about how current-gen already looks pretty damned good.

ヌルヌル does not mean sluggishly in this context at all. ヌルヌル is used to describe smooth high FPS gameplay.

It's pretty much it can run at dynamic 4k at 120hz. the tv will say it's 4k regardless. But rendering is probably lower.

There aren't any capture devices that do 4k 120fps, you can get 4k 60 or 1440p120 but I'd also be very surprised if they could make it run that well. The TV might be 120hz I suppose.

Something somewhere got lost in translation. All Godfall footage I've seen so far was in 40-60FPS range.

Most likely, PS5 is detecting 4K120 display and is actually outputting video feed at 4K120 [added benefit is reduction of lag :)], but the game can run at any framerate.

Same as PS4 Pro / One X always outputs at 4K60, but game can run at any performance/rez it can.
