Never heard of this person / account and I'm having trouble parsing these "jokes."
im guessing they're supposed to be super meta? mocking twitter and facebook by i dont even know anymore. Not sure how these are satire.
I don't understand why he would be permanantly banned considering everything else on Twitter, but I'm also not seeing the satire here. Looks like some weak jokes that I see all over.
That's not a very informative OP, in the sense that there's no explanation why, and the examples given in OP of his satire aren't exactly funny or insightful.

I definitely laughed at a few of these. People from all sides of the aisle take themselves too seriously, methinks. Some of it is mean-spirited, some of it is ridiculous on its face, but it's not supposed to be thought-provoking, just comedy. If it lands for you, great, if not, move on.
I poked around and what I gathered is that this is a conservative troll account attempting to show how stupid leftists are by playing an over-the-top version of them? And that its bio identified the account as a "genderqueer atheist Muslim," because that's funny to someone, apparently.

Satire is not exclusive to a particular sexual orientation.
