You can give the laptop a shake when its upside down. Alternatively, get a strong blow dryer and blast it while its upside down. Should shoogle things out.
Don't pop the keys off unless you're confident that they can actually be put back on. The vast majority of laptop keyboards are not designed to have the keycaps taken off.

Ants, use tiny ants trained to grab the keyboard hairs and crumbs to take to their queen who likes hair.

I second the vacuum cleaner. A blower or air might push it deeper inside. Just make sure it's a small handheld one and not the one for cleaning rooms.
