Not a fan of these new matchmaking settings for social. Matchmaking times much longer for party of 3.
It's annoying there aren't even colour bars like the older titles. MCC got an update that shows the server location before a match, at least give us that.
They definitely need more dedicated servers, they're not using every Azure location they have available, maybe there's a reason for that but when you see a game like Titanfall 2 using Google and Amazon on top of Azure it's frustrating.

If the argument was framed as "We have been waiting for Halo on film for a long time, and we really wanted to have a game accurate adaptation that touches on our favorite moments", I'd get it. But that's not what's happening. What's happening is "Keyes is BLACK?! 😡😡😡" and makes them look like a chud.

The covenant have a very good reason for needing a human in that they are the only race which can interact with forerunner tech.

The character descriptions for established people like Keyes are substantially different than what we know. At this point, especially given the track record of live action Halo and repeated statements by 343 that they aren't prioritizing canon, I don't think it's unreasonable to not expect everything is just going to work out.
