Friendly reminder that Halo never left, all of you did. But despite that, your Xbox brothers welcome you back home.
Campaign wise maybe, but Halo 5 is the best multiplayer of the series.Lol nah its like Step Dad took over after Dad died but Dad got resurrected and now hes home again.
... Reach is the worst game in the series by far though.Lol nah its like Step Dad took over after Dad died but Dad got resurrected and now hes home again.
C'mon you can't say that when we have halo 4.
Halo 4 is just Reach with better maps and the worst/most annoying gameplay mechanics from Reach taken out or improved.

I mean yeah the pre-order has helped but like $10 for literally infinite hours of fun.Actually, the MCC has been leading the sales since pre-order opened in November 14, the 40$ one, not the $10.
Amazing.
So glad Microsoft revisited Halo MCC and then some. Just what I wanted them to do, treat it like a treasure and people will enjoy it.

NahHalo 4 is easily the worst multiplayer in the series. It literally added 10x more annoying features and the maps are somehow worse than Reach
Not really, Halo 4 has a fairly bad art direction compared to Reach for example.Halo 4 is just Reach with better maps and the worst/most annoying gameplay mechanics from Reach taken out or improved.
Halo 3 numbers should be even greater and leading into Infinite next year could be a massive launch with X1, Scarlett and PC.
Yup.
Either works. Technically the veeeeery end of Reach spoils Halo 3 because it takes place after that game, but not in any major way, in my opinion. It's more of a "well duh, of course that would happen" spoiler. Otherwise, there's no real issue with playing Reach first.Which is better? Chronological order starting with reach or release order starting with Halo 1?
What's so great about Reach? only familiar with 3 and ODST which were awesome.
$10 for just reach or $40 for everything Steam purchases you mean.

Idk honestly. But I think they'd rather take a guaranteed $180/yr instead of maybe 120 if one of their games excites people.I don't understand why anybody would buy any Microsoft game now that you can get all there releases for only £45 a year on game pass.
I mean for the same price they pay for Halo on stream now they could get Halo collection now on game pass and Halo next gen this time next year.

Most of my playtime is in games like FFXIV and Destiny 2, only paying for Gamepass for maybe 1-2 games here and there isn't worth it for me.I don't understand why anybody would buy any Microsoft game now that you can get all there releases for only £45 a year on game pass.

Because a lot of people would rather own a game and play it on a vastly superior client than to rent it from a mediocre client.I don't understand why anybody would buy any Microsoft game now that you can get all there releases for only £45 a year on game pass.

Interesting to see how Halo CE does.
Steam players only. So these are all purchased.
Nothing shocking here. Bungie Halos are still one of the best shooters available.
