No. You get Reach with the collection. But Reach is the only one available right now so its the only one available for individual purchase atm.
Ok, great. Thanks for the info.

If I recall...i am still confused, can i play this on Xbox when i get home or no? i own MCC
, you are slower and more sluggish with a smaller jump in Reach
I believe the FoV is the smallest in the series too which doesn it no favors.
Halo 3 is probably my favorite in the MCC which is an unpopular opinion these days.
You get it for killing a 343 employee or someone who has the achievement already. I got it from my first kill online.Did I just kill a 343-dev in multiplayer? The achievement told me so, lol.
Did the first mission of the campaign for now... This is really, really dull. If there's supposed to be some kind of full-scale invasion happening as the inciting incident, the game is completely failing to sell it.
The audio issues and horrible jutter definitely don't help. This is probably the worst PC version of a game Microsoft's made in a while, which is a shame.
The jump is definitely noticeable, being slower isn't as much imo. And part of the reason for that is map design. Halo 3 levels for some reason are really wide, ever corridors, when they shouldn't be. Imo this at base speed makes the game feel much slower. I guess this was so people could use Forge and put mongooses going from room to room or something. Black Out is a perfect example. Compare it to Lockout and there's a big difference.
And with BTB maps like Avalanche, there's a huge difference. At least in Reach, as you said, sprint is available.
Halo 3 has the smallest FOV in the series, another problem it has.
Idk how unpopular it is lol. Maybe on era folks feel that way, but its the most populated of the 5 original MCC games (Halo CE, Halo 2, Halo 2A, Halo 3, Halo 4). So I think alot of people love it. Maybe that's because of nostalgia, maybe not.
But it's very difficult for me to play. The game feels very slow and floaty, narrow FOV, the BR feels terrible, and the overall weapon sandbox sucks. MLG settings help out, but still. Halo 2 Anniversary and Halo 2 (original) just feel so much better to me. Shots hit, the weapon sandbox feels better, map design feels tighter, wider FOV, faster base speed, it just has a more arcady instant feel about it all.
It's a damn shame Halo 4 wasn't Halo 3 with the Halo 4 engine, and then Halo 5 built upon that more. I really would have loved to see that.
Holy shit lmaoThis game's audio in the campaign sounds like a 144p YouTube video being played through the speakers of a broken Nintendo 2DS, partially covered with a pillow.
The game has frozen multiple times while trying to launch it and access the settings.
Guess I'll come back in a few weeks.
It also doesn't launch via the Xbox app, probably because it is pointing at some dummy package.
Yep. Halo 3's default 16:9 FoV is about 70 degrees, which was horizontally smushed to an amazingly low ~55 degrees if you played it on a 4:3 screen.
God what I would do for a way to widen it on XboxYep. Halo 3's default 16:9 FoV is about 70 degrees, which was horizontally smushed to an amazingly low ~55 degrees if you played it on a 4:3 screen.
Halo 1's default view had an FoV of 70, but that was 4:3. When they horizontally widened it to 16:9 for CEA, the result was around 86 degrees. (ODST uses roughly the same scheme as Halo 1.)
Most other Halo games have been in-between those extremes. ~78 degrees has been a popular choice for the default 16:9 view.
How do I choose my gamertag on PC because I made a new outlook account and then they just gave me a randomly generated name I can't change?
Thank you so much!
Make sure to sign out and back in in-game for the change to take effect. (Not the same as exiting and relaunching the game)
Check your default communications device in Control Panel -> Sound. It's probably set to your speakers.[PC] Why the heck is voice chat going through my speakers and not my headset?
Find a friend and play 2-player split screen. :)
wtf is this?
i tried to update the game but it says that is already updated.
Layman's opinion and all, but I think the judder might have to do with running the game above 60fpsAudio sounds like it's missing the center channel or something.
There does seem to be some very consistent judder too, but that seems soso?
