Believe it or not but my parents never bought hamburger helper when growing up. This was the first time ever trying it. I like the taste. Yum
Though tasty, it's LOADED with hamburger.

No idea what this is. But if you chose to call your food product "Hamburger helper", you're probably not to be trusted with food preparations for children.
The old beef stroganoff was the best, the one that came with the sour cream packet separately. They condensed the entire thing into 1 seasoning packet and it's not nearly the same.
Turns out it's supposed to be a side dish and not a meal in itself.
Same... no regrets.I lived off of Stroganoff HH for a few years. I regret nothing, that shit is the bomb!
You'd be surprised how many people eat it as the meal without any sides or anything.
thats what I do. If I'm feeling fancy, maybe a can of corn and a side salad as well.
I'm saying having a side serving of like 1200 calorie Hamburger Helper must be an enormous meal overall.
You guys are rich enough for the hamburger? I just got the helper
Yeah make fun of popular low income meals. That'll show em.what

"The basic and most popular version of Hamburger Helper is a box of dried pasta with seasoning"

I don't know why they call it Hamburger Helper, does just fine on its own.
You were rich enough to have a working stove and a pan to cook it in? We just ate the noodles raw with some of the packet sprinkled on top.
Probably, but that's not the point. The entire purpose of Hamburger Helper is that is a quick, cheap, and easy meal to make that also tastes good. It was a staple of my childhood because my mom worked late hours and didn't have time to make more complicated meals.
Real tomato ketchup?I don't know why they call it Hamburger Helper, does just fine on its own.
Surprise her by cooking dinner one day, but don't tell her it's HH. Problem solved.I really like the HH stroganoff. I grew up eating it. Unfortunately my wife didn't and I can't convince her to give it a go.
