Happy Thanksgiving. My wife is at work and I'm watching Voyager while prepping everything. Just pulled the turkey from the brine and popped it in the oven. The stuffing in all set and setting in the fridge and the cranberries are soaking ready to be put on the stove. All that's left is to wait a few more hours 'til it's time to throw the stuffing into the oven and make the gravy.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone. While we do not traditionally celebrate Thanksgiving in Sweden, I made sure to bring up the topic when I was at my sister's house today. We enjoyed a nice dinner of fish and chips together with beer, cider and glögg (mulled wine). I am very thankful for my family and friends and the companionship they provide.
