It's not just HBO content. It also includes a large portion of Warner's catalogue as well. Over 10,000 hours according to them.

Nah it's a good deal. Its HBO Now with double the investment in content and the wide breadth of Warner Brothers IP. As an adult, it is far more interesting to me than Disney+. They're also buying rights to big IP from other companies like South Park.
This is the first serious competitor to Netflix IMO.

never mind. I read this as it was going to be included with YTTV
oh yeah, you still have to subscribe to HBO. Warner has to work out deals with all the cable providers to get them HBO Max.
I'm sure I already know the answer, but will this be available in Canada? I would like to have HBO content, but I really don't want to support Bell with their horrible Crave service.
I doubt it. The relationship between Criterion and WB ended last year and the new product is run solely by Criterion.
