I wish I liked it! My friend group got uninterested very quickly. Great job by the developers, even with the whole Sony bullshit-saga.

70k is pretty impressive, especially for a PvE game that doesn't have really anything to keep one engaged for long periods other than the gameplay. Shows just how strong that gameplay loop is.Meanwhile:

If the game had cosmetic options for gear (via some combination of super credits and other existing currency) it'd have crazy longevity.
Hell just add the ability to dye stuff using requisition, and then unlock colors/styles via medals and some special colors via super credits and it'd be set for years.
What a success story. I thought Helldivers 2 would end up being a cult hit, but it's a bonafide smash.
